Worn Only Once – the name says it all. Why buy new when you can save money on buying preloved?

Worn Only Once is a classifieds style website specialising in the categories of wedding attire and formal wear. We take listings of new, used and second/sample wedding dresses, bridesmaid dresses, menswear, children’s wear and accessories. Formal wear would cover any attire for school formals, ‘going to the races’, ballet, opera, a cocktail party and more.

All communication relating to the sale and purchase of an item is performed between the seller and buyer. Once you have found an item you deal directly with the seller. Worn Only Once does not carry any stock of its own; this keeps the cost of selling your dress down and will allow you to deal directly with potential buyers.

About Sky-Lee

After unsuccessful efforts to sell her own bridesmaid dresses via traditional methods, Sky-Lee thought there had to be an easier way to market preloved dresses. It was then, in 2008 that Worn Only Once was born.

A working mother of 2 boys, Sky-Lee enjoys the girly change of pace from her usual hectic active lifestyle. While she never thought she would end up working within the wedding industry, it is certainly a career path that she is more than happy to follow. Who doesn’t love a good wedding!
